Reminders
Hello. Welcome! Hope you enjoy your time here.
Come, come. Sit down and get comfortable.
We’ll be talking about something very important today; you. Yes, you.
You look confused. Well don’t be; I’m just going to be asking you a couple of questions and you have the choice to answer or keep quiet. Don’t worry, you can ask me questions also, and I’ll be glad to answer them.
Have you ever asked yourself “why am I here?” or “Why did God create me?” Is there an answer to these questions? Yes, there is. God, I will be calling him “Allah”, created you so you can worship him.
“Does he need my worship?” you ask.
No, he doesn’t. In fact, you are the one who is in need of him. Imagine he didn’t give you any food. How long would you last? Imagine he didn’t give you the ability to talk. Imagine he didn’t give you the ability to hear. Imagine you couldn’t walk. What would you do? He blessed you with all of these blessings and asked for nothing in return. The least you could do us thank him, right?
Imagine you were trapped in a dark room with no light, food, people to talk to, and no bathroom. And everything around you is so dark you can’t see your own hand. Then all of a sudden someone comes and opens the door. The light floods in and you are finally able to come out of this dark world. Wouldn’t you thank that person? Wouldn’t you at least show some gratitude? Of course. You may even keep a special place in your heart for that person, and remember him for the nice thing he gave you: another chance.
Have you ever asked yourself “what is the difference between Dunya and Akhirah?” Well look at it like this: They are like the east and west; if you get closer to one, you get farther away from the other. So you can choose the Dunya and run after its lust, desires, glitters, and sinful things, or you can pick the everlasting one: the Akhirah, with its beautiful palaces and gardens; where everything you want is at your finger tips.
Have you ever felt like you wanted to end your life? Like everything is hauled and placed on your back? Have you ever thought of giving up? If you said yes, then I want to remind you of what Allah had said. “Verily after every hardship, there is ease.” Remember that if Allah brings you to something, then He will definitely bring you through it. Just make Du’aa, do your best, and leave the rest to Allah.
Did you ever try to be something you’re not? Did you fail at that? Don’t you know that Allah created you and he made you beautiful in your own way? Allah said, “Verily we have created man from the best of forms.” Just remember to be yourself, and you will find the world full of beauty.
Allah created three kinds of days: yesterday, today, and tomorrow. As for yesterday, it has already vanished along with everything in it. It will haunt you no longer unless you sinned in it. If you did, then repent. As for tomorrow, there is no guarantee that you will be there to see it, so don’t busy yourself with it. And as for today, it is yours. When you receive a gift you don’t normally throw it, you take care of it and work hard to do good with it. Today is a gift that is why it’s called the present.
How many friends do you have? One? Two? Three? A hundred? But how do you know if your friend is who he/she is? How can you tell if he’s loyal or not? A friend cannot be considered a friend until he is tested in three occasions: in time of need, behind your back, and after your death.
How would you describe sin? Sin is a poison. It ails the one who drinks it and it stays inside your body until you take some medicine. In this case the medicine is Du’aa. If you make a sincere Du’aa asking Allah to rid you of that poison, then Inshallah Allah will heal you from it. But remember, it’s better to avoid the poison altogether then to try to heal from the damage it causes.
Has someone ever made fun of you? Do you have any animosity towards him? When someone criticizes or disagrees with you, a small ant of hatred and antagonism is born in your heart. If you do not squash that ant at once, it might grow into a snake, or even a dragon. There is a greater chance that that dragon will devour you before it devours your enemy.

hey sady can i fix it?
yeh go ahead
